Clint Buffinton found an old Dr. Pepper bottle while on vacation in the Bahamas with a message inside. Buffington was on vacation from Utah and he happens to be an expert on messages in a bottle. He's found 140 of them. He took the bottle home to Utah and got the message out of the bottle. The massage was handwritten on a brown paper bag and was barely legible. The message said "If found please call or write John Forsyth. Forsyth's family got in touch with Buffington.


Have you ever put or found a message in a bottle?
 

I’d enjoy finding a bottle with a message.

Yes, just once I put a message in a well corked bottle. I was at a beach locally in Washington State, and I got a reply three weeks later.

Person send me an email saying it was fun finding it. She lived 100 miles away.

I had included an email address for fun .

So it was a fun little adventure 😊
