microwaveable meals without microwave??

I was in a hurry, as usual, didn't have my reading glasses with me as usual, and grabbed 3 SmartOnes frozen dinners (entrees) because they looked good.
When I got home, I noticed the cooking instructions were only for microwaves- which I don't have.

Would anybody here know how to effectively/safely cook these items?
I just want to make sure they're well-done. But I'm sure the microwaveable bowls won't work in my regular oven.

In the oven, most microwave dinners require at least 45-50 minutes to cook at 350 degrees. And of course, do not use micro bowls in oven. There must be a phone number for Smart Ones.

I would pop the frozen food into an oven safe dish and put them into a 350F oven for 30 minutes and then check them to see if it is hot or if it needs another few minutes.

If you want to heat them on the stove top I would rig a double boiler with a pot, Pyrex bowl and cover. Heat covered over simmering water until hot.

Good luck!

I would heat it up using a skillet, probably only take five or six minutes. It's such a small amount of food it seems silly to put it in the oven for thirty or forty minutes.

It wasn't clear to me whether the food was pre-cooked or not.
I get you want to be safe, and maybe I'm just too lazy to worry about it. My thinking is you're not cooking two inch thick pieces of chicken, just thin little slices that will heat thru quickly.
