I just love these two in their tv roles. They make such a cute couple. I'm so happy to see some people of size getting good tv roles, too. There are a lot of good episodes. I also like Molly's pot smoking sister and the rest of the cast. Have you ever watched this show?
 

Yes, I've watched this show and loved it. I liked Mike's mother too! However, they cancelled it because "Molly" (Melissa McCarthy) lost weight in real life (over 70#) and the show was a comedy about two over weight people trying to loose weight.

That doesn't sound like a fair reason to cancel it. I know now she has been in some movies since.
 

I really don't enjoy the show, bet I've never even lasted an entire show. I even tried watching the movie ?Spy she was in and she just acted silly to me. Hat's off to Melissa for the weight loss. Actually she graduated from the same high school I did (many, many years after me).
 
We haven't missed an episode in its (5 or 6 year?) run. It got much funnier after the first two seasons. Those were too limited because it was focused on Overeaters Anonymous meetings. Later it became more about family interaction. Laugh out loud funny! We'll miss it.
 
I've watched it sometimes and thought it was funny. I like the mother and her little dog. :D
