Do you know what it is?.....
It's "stillness"....quiet, deep stillness for 30 minutes a day.
No talking, no goals....doing nothing.
If we allow ourselves to remain stressed all day, we deplete our 'Life energy'
Our brains & nervous system disintegrate under the strain.
Strain, frustration, stress, fear, tension, etc. deplete us, if we allow it to continue.
Everything about you works better and even looks better, when you give your nerves and mind a deep rest every day.
