Misleading Title for a Web Site

I came across "We Value Your Art". I sent a few pics of paintings in my house for appraisal. Although I did get some response, not one had proposed a value. I sent a message to the moderator and said something to the effect that the title of the Web site included the word "value", so way were not of my pieces of art appraised. He (or she) responded that I misunderstood what they meant by "value". Apparently they intended that it was more like "We appreciate" as if in one would value someone's opinion.

Would you think in this instance that the "value" in the title of the Web site is deceptive?

No. I think if they were offering a service, they would call it "We APPRAISE your art."

No. Agree with C'est Moi. I would think the first step would be value as appreciate. Appraisal might be next.

I think value here equals appreciate, also, just like if they had said, "We value your time"...meaning, appreciate, not a monetary value.
