I bought Moen faucets for my kitchen in May of 2011. Since then last April they sent some parts I needed to replace and gain yesterday my tank sprayer started to make a whistling noise and again they will rush me out a replacement Their life time warranty is as real as it gets. All you do is call them with the model number and tell them what you need and that's it. Thy never challenge you in any way. Shipping is free like all the parts. If you buy a Moen product make sure you file the part number/model number so they know which one you have.

Any documentation on this?
You know the rule: "When you post a "fact" the rule is attach a link. No link, no post."

I helped my son install a new Moen faucet weekend before last. It was one of those fancy ones that one can control via Alexa and installation was fairly simple overall. Getting the old faucet out was an unpleasant challenge that required a special tool, but the Moen would be easy to get out if it ever needed to be removed.
