Our neighbor's morning glory. Pretty flowers, but a terrible weed that grows over everything.

Brought back a wonderful memory, Thank you for that, remember growing them for the very first time when I was probably in grade 3. Bringing it home in a pot for Mother's day and insisting we plant it by the front door, and how it took over the whole entrance, could not see the front door anymore... And actually was looking for it to plant behind this yellow bench we have up on the front of our property, thought it would look nice with color. But am having a hard time finding the seeds anywhere...

Here's what I mean about it being a weed. These are my neighbor's power and cable lines. We have to keep chopping it back to keep it out of our yard.

It is very pretty and nice foliage too, but yes; too invasive! Back in the day, people said you could get high on Morning Glory seeds (Heavenly Blue). I never tried it.

We had wild Morning Glory that took over also. Very pretty though.
