Motivation - Vaccine Advertising

I didn't know what the shelf life is for Covid vaccines. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine's shelf life has been extended from 4 months to 6 months. That's a pretty short life & it means vaccines that aren't used by then have to be thrown away - which means "Cash in the Trash."
The Pfizer vaccine's shelf life is only one month - even worse.
"Pfizer-BioNTech has submitted data to FDA supporting the stability of their COVID-19 vaccine when stored for up to one month (31 days) at 2°-8°C (standard refrigerator temperature).May 14, 2021."
https://www.npr.org/sections/corona...n-date-johnson-johnson-covid-vaccine-6-months

That would certainly explain all the advertising to "Hurry up & get vaccinated."

"The Food and Drug Administration said in a letter to J&J that the shots remain safe and effective for at least six months when properly stored and refrigerated. It's the second time the FDA has extended the shelf life on the vaccines since June, when the agency said they could be used for up to 4 1/2 months. When first authorized in February, the FDA said the vaccines could be stored for three months at normal refrigeration levels."

I wonder if they could have lost some potency after the original 3 months and are contributing to those having breakthrough Covid?

How safe is it really to move the expiration dates on the vaccines?

It's as safe as when grocery stores move the expiration dates up on unsold meat - and also dip it in blood (stored for that purpose)
before re-packaging it.

I don’t know where you shop, but where I work, we don’t do any of that. I work in the meat department and our main concerns are cleanliness, proper labeling and dating and also packaging.

LOL - "We don't do any of that here." :ROFLMAO:
"We make sure everything is done right." :ROFLMAO:
"We are committed to cleanliness & proper labeling........." :ROFLMAO:

Those were the exact words spoken by owners & managers of the markets during interviews after they were shown the videos.
What else could they say - "You got us?" :ROFLMAO:
Where
in the meat department do you work?
Several hidden camera reports were done by undercover employees in the back section which is not in view of shoppers.
Unless you were a butcher, you wouldn't know what goes on there.
