I don't know about ya'll but I need to laminate this. When I wore a uniform each day and had kids...I was up and at'em. Now all I do regularly is brush my teeth first thing in the morning, and make the bed.

I do have a routine because that means I won't forget to do something important. Many times I have had to add something new to my routine. Or drop something I was doing. That is why I make a list every night. It is not always the same.

I think many of us do and have followed routines but of the opinion that there are two sides to the coin - men follow a 'mans' routine and women a 'womans' routine - that's why lots of men can't keep a home tidy!!

I have recently seen in my normal routine, a shift to NO routine
and forgetting what my routine is!!!!! kinda worries me at times....
