Move to Delaware or Maryland

I'm new to this thread. Am contemplating a move from NYS to Delaware or Maryland. I would prefer an active retirement community. Would anyone have any suggestions or information on which areas would be best? I've been to both but only for a few weeks at a time. Thank you

I don't know specific communities there either,
but someone else might, and I would also google that, and then try to make another visit to a possible area, to see at least 2 or 3 possible ones.
Maryland is obviously a bigger weather change, which might or might not, be something you'd want.
