And do you still like them?
I've just booked to see Suzi Quatro in the Autumn.

Well there was a brief almost embarrassing year of The Bay City Rollers... lol.. However, I loved Trex, first, still do, sad Marc died.

The first band I was really into was Creedence Clearwater Revival. Our typing teacher in 7th grade would play music while we were learning to type and their albums were the ones she played the most. I got Cosmo's Factory on cassette and wore the tape out.

I like a few of their songs these days but generally I'm tired of most of their music. It isn't bad, I'm just bored by it or I just don't like it that much anymore.

My brothers and sister were quite a bit older than me. I remember being allowed to attend (for a very brief period) their "Twist Parties" on the back porch with Chinese lanterns hanging from the rafters. I probably wasn't even in kindergarten. Later, my brother Joe had the sound track from Elvis' "Blue Hawaii" and as a young grade schooler I enjoyed making up a story to go with the songs. When I finally saw the movie years later, I thought my plot was *much* better lol.

I inherited The Beatles from my older sisters so I won't count them. I did discover the Stones at an early age and since my older sisters thought they were "dangerous" I decided to latch on to them just to piss them off. Still a fan ..lol.

The Beatles. I used to listen to their music via my brother’s record player when I was about 6 or 7 years old. I hated the Stones except for a few songs. LOL! Polar opposites on this one Mark.😬

Beatles
Later, in my teens, Black Sabbath. (my dad would make a face. My mom said, "What kind of crap is that? Witches, Black Magic, Electric Funeral Pyres? Children of the Grave? How depressing!")
