i used to take a road trip from NJ to WV, either around 4th of july or over christmas break. trip was about 350 miles, either highways that never had any kind of "rush hour" traffic or twisting/turning back country roads. the first time i took that drive... lack of music was torture. once i got past Valley Forge on PA turnpike, all there was to listen to was either CW or church stations. my car didn't have cassette... yes it was that long ago. there were times when even the seek/search button would find NOTHING to listen to. by the time i got back to NJ, i knew every single word to "Achy Breaky Heart"... what year would that have been??
didn't have any fancy-schmancy satellite radio, so had a box of CDs sitting on the passenger seat. music to sing my lungs out to. music to drive FAST (yet carefully) to... fast enough that i would easily earned a speeding ticket.
what songs tend to give you a "lead foot"?
