Must Read About Last Month's Freeze

I spoke with the woman that has a two story condo two doors down from me. She and her husband were out of town when the freeze occurred. When they returned they saw water running out from under their front door. That alone would rattle your nerves. When they entered the upstairs they saw the toilet was shattered and there was a large hole in the ceiling directly over the toilet. Now I experienced some built up pressure in my plumbing the morning after but can you imagine if someone was sitting on the toilet when it exploded?! How would the obituary read?
