My First Pedicure

Over the years I have had a number of personal grooming procedures from time to time in addition to pretty regular full body massages. Friday I had my first pedicure and I must say that my toe nails not only look much better, but my feet feel much better as well. I passed on the toe nail coloring & decoration however and will leave that to the ladies. :playful:

You mean your feet haven't fallen off yet by daring to let a nail tech cut your toenails? :eek:nthego:

Just kidding... glad you had good results and your feet are looking and feeling better.

I had never had a pedicure until my hip problems made it impossible to do myself. Now that my hips are replaced (YAY!!!) I could probably do it myself, but I am spoiled so I still go to the same little place I've always gone. The ladies there are were very kind to me when I would crip in there with my walker, and they're still nice now that I go sashaying in there. I can't understand some of them, but oh well. My feet have not fallen off and I've been going to them for about 3 years now. It's a nice luxury and I always get the calf massage, too.

Lon, I've had that done every month, or so, for the last several of years.
They (the cute little Vietnamese girls) do things I never even thought of doing....cuticle treatment etc.

Trying to put on my socks tells me when it's time to go again.
