My hands and arms tremble from tremors

Mr ED i also have those tremors, mainly hands, but also
arms and so on....mine is being caused by the Nebulyzer
medicin that I have to breath in several timnes a day due
to the COPD I have....it's a pain but what can I do...yanno....

I also suffer from the shakes. My coffee sloshes all over the place and I am in fear of dropping stuff all the time. My head shakes too. It is most embarrassing for me. I understand how horrible this is for you @Mr. Ed.

I think it comes from years & years of psychiatric medications. It started when Abilify was added. I no longer take it.

I wonder if a different medication could be substituted. They are always coming up with new medications. Might be worth looking into. Or perhaps a dosage could be adjusted. Sometimes there are things that can be done to lessen side effects or fix the problem.

Or MS. I knew a Trooper getting ready to retire that his hand and arm would shake uncontrollably and the doctors treated him with all kinds of medicine and he finally went to a Neurologist and through testing they found out he had MS. That was about a dozen years ago, but he's still living and comes to our retirees breakfasts once a month. His only disability that is noticeable is that he skips over words or forgets what he was talking about.
