My husband thought he had sleep apnea

My husband has really never been sick, eats healthy and walks an hour and a half each day. Now that he's retired it's turned into another matter. His recent illness is sleep apnea. He wanted a sleep study. We went to the doc today and his diagnosis was no sleep apnea, instead, my husband needs to see his PCP again, see a cardiologist, get a holter monitor done, see his eye doc, see a plastic surgeon ( to get his droopy eyelids fixed),
and when all that is done, come back to get his deviated septum fixed. Oh yeah and get the colonoscopy done he's been putting off. He couldn't believe what he has gotten himself into! I laughed, (worked in healthcare for 30 years). Told him welcome to the world of healthcare. I personally think he needs to find a hobby and/or clean the garage.

I relate to your husband. When it came to healthcare, I put myself last - didn't even think about it unless I had to.

:p

I impressed he "wanted" to go in for the sleep study. My husband won't go in unless he has blood running down his arm.
