My new bronze.

Just got my bronzed sculpture back from the foundry.
There were a few people on here who asked me to
post it after it was bronzed. Ha! It looks the same!
I call this one "The Prophet".

I could only get one of them bronzed this last Winter
but maybe I can do more later this year. Here's one
I've just started working on. It's not even half done!
The mottled clay is all different colors but that will look
different if it ever gets bronzed.

I will try to sell all my sculptures. There is only one I'd like to keep for myself. It's called "Angel landing".

Depends on the type of clay. The clay used for bronze is mineral based and it's not hard on your skin, at all.
it's not like "ceramic' clay.

The foundry tends to use a dark patina, so I asked to have a very light patina.
The foundry is a few states away from me so I don't have much control over
the finished product. Don't care. At least it's bronze now. haha.
