My Senior Forum tool bar is gone

I'm talking about the tool bar at the top of this message box. It's gone. How do I get it back?

I already did 2 restarts, closed and re-opened the page a few times, and I shut down the computer last night.

None of that worked.

Perhaps you clicked the BB code box [ ] in the upper right corner to the left of Preview.
If you click the BB code box [ ] again, the tool bar with those other functions should return.

Well I got the tool bar fixed thanks to John Cycling and then posted the whole thing in the wrong thread. This was supposed to be in Holly's get well thread.
