National Backyard Day - March 19th

I do plan to spend most of the day in the yard, doing spring yardwork.

However, am not quite sure what is back vs front here.

It's rainy and foggy, at least at 10am.
If the weather clears up, maybe I'll sweep my little deck.

@Alligatorob, I don't know what is the back vs the front is here either.

I do miss my old backyard .... had many shade trees w/ birds and squirrels hanging out.

Can't wait to sit out there again with a glass of wine and watch the hummingbirds.

In the meantime I will just look at my pictures.

I have a very nice Backyard ( we call it a garden here )... it's lawned.. with Mature trees and shrubs, lots of flowers, and pots, Bird bath, bird feeders, Sheds and a Barn...

It's south west facing which means it gets all the sun, which it has today.. very warm out there and I sit out there often in the summer reading or doing a crossword... or gardening wearing my headphones and listening to a blog or a talking book...

..just realised, as well as Backyard day..it's also my sister's birthday today.. she's 64 today... she definitely is not happy about that..

The gardeners just left after cleaning my byard......so that's where I'll be later.
I think it's going to be 77* today, so that'll be nice.

Can get some gardening done and then may be lay in my lounge chair and do some reading.
