Here in Toronto we have many craft breweries that produce unusual beers. One of my favorites comes from the Flying Monkeys Brewery. It is called Sparkelpuff. It is a 10 percent alcohol strong beer, with hints of peaches and strawberries and extra English hops. Another favorite is produced by the Lake of Bays Brewery in Barry's Bay Ontario. It is their Dead Man's Switch railway porter, a very dark strong stout, rated at 9.5 percent alcohol . I like the strong IPA brews, such as Innis and Gunn from Scotland, or STAX from Denmark.
