They've sure come a long way. Back in the day they were refried beans and/or shredded pork or beef. Now they're gourmet!

Oops, guess I celebrated too early. Made a Burrito Bake two days ago. Think I have enough left for dinner tonight.

I’ve never had them, but they do look tasty…..will have to make some or try at a food place.
