My wife always keeps a "sleeve" of 3 or 4 garlic cloves on the kitchen counter. A long time ago, I asked Why, and she said it was an old family tradition....I just said OK....and let her do her thing.

of Garlic in his pocket....said it kept colds at bay!!!
