Plum pudding has always been a Christmas delight.
A very old and dear friend had always made carrot pudding…..steamed…..with caramel sauce…..not as sweet as plum pudding.
It is to DIE for !!!!!!!!! She passed down the recipe to me. .
But…..Plum pudding will be here till the end of time.
