National Shrimp Day - May 10th

Back in the late '80's and early 90's almost every bar and
restaurant would have special Shrimp nights...usually breaded,
fried but sometimes just boiled in shell....usually rather inexpensive meal,,,,,,but that seemed to stop in late 90's for
whatever reason....sure do miss it tho.....
 
Yum. Any way you serve it, I'll take it.

I especially like sweet & sour over rice.

Boiled and cold with seafood sauce (the kind with horseradish, please).
