Nearly Screwed Up On An IRA Rollover RMD

Not being the best bookkeeper I was going though year end stuff and found I never got back with Vanguard to distribute an RMD for a 2019 IRA. I did the rollover in April and the RMD was included with the total amount. That typically costs 50% of the RMD amount if one fails to take it. Sometimes I get tired of kicking myself.

So are you saying you have now taken your 2019 RMD? You did only one rollover this year right? Per the IRS there's only one permitted per 12 month period.
