Last week we had an email from Spectrum that we might have a potential problem with service. We have tv and internet with them. I called and scheduled a service call and they came out the next day. We had old, damaged cables from the outside polls and they were replaced. We also had a router that was not working properly and they replaced that.
However...ever since then, I'm not getting all my email in my In box. Most of it goes to the spam folder. I check the spam folder everyday and mark certain emails not spam so they go to my In box. I use to get an email everyday from the post office telling me what mail is being delivered. Not any more. What do I need to check or change to get the settings back to where they use to be?
Then, on FB, I don't get any notifications if I comment on a posting. I've watched videos on how to reset the notifications but it doesn't work.
Any techie's out there that can help me??
