Need To Fix Posts

When I click on reply of a post, the poster’s post does not appear in the new box. I get the post, but it shows the word “Quote,” etc. I also don’t have access to the items at the top of the box, like I am not able to type in BOLD lettering. How can I fix this?

I just went to the box where you would add a comment and chose the “quote” on the bottom right. It put in what I wanted to quote.

For Bold use the B on the top left. Highlight want you want to make bold and select the B. Just saw you don’t have this.
Normally I just use
highlight and use Control B on my keyboard

When I’m in a reply box, I can pick Reply from the original and it does the same thing as Quote.
