I was really interested with the Series Haven, when it was on the SyFy channel. It ended after 5 seasons. It was loosely based on a Stephen King short novel "The Colorado Kid". I decided to re-watch the series on Netflix. Started rewatching last year. BUT, they initially did not have the second half of the final season. Well, finally Netflix has the complete series. So over the past few days I watched the entire final season of the show. Never read King's story, but really enjoyed the series. This is one series you pretty much HAVE to watch from the beginning to get what is happening to the people of Haven, Maine.
In my second watching of the series on Netflix, I "saw" and understood a lot more than when I first watched it. The plot of the series is hard to explain in a nutshell, but the people of Haven have an interesting life.

I enjoyed that series also. Have you checked out Eureka yet ? If you enjoyed Haven then you might like that series .

Yes, I watched it when it was on and liked it. It is on my list of things I want to watch again, just have not started yet

I was wondering why they had New Episodes posted but I thought I had seen the very end. I was planning to re-watch (just) the last episode anyway. So I'll definitely check it out and see if I did indeed see the very last one. I really liked that series as well. I had started watching it on a whim and it really drew me in.

Yes, for some reason when they added the final season they only had about half of it. My guess is they are contracted to wait a certain amount of time before adding episodes, as I think there was a break mid season. Now, the full series is on, beginning to end. Up to and including "Dear old Dad". Final two episodes are titled "Now" and "Forever"

OneEyedDiva, I love when a series I am not sure of grabs ahold and just sucks me in. There are a couple current shows that have done that.

I do too Marie. Some of the series that have done that last year are Merlin...I LOVED it and will watch it again. Netflix's Luke Cage and Stranger Things. Have you seen either of them yet? Everyone that has watched those two shows loved them. Stranger things is up for some awards too. Also on Netflix, I watched a show called Granite Flats. I don't know what made me start watching but I really liked it. If you start watching any of them, or have seen them already, let me know what you think.

Of the ones you mentioned, I have just seen Stranger Things. Will have to look at the others. Stranger Things won some Screen Actors Guild Awards the other night. I hope it is back soon..but Probably not for a month or so. I do know Eleven IS going to be back.

I'd be happy if it comes back that soon. I'm glad the show won some awards. I'll have to look up the SAG award winners. According to Wikipedia, the show has been nominated for several different awards and won others besides the SAG. The next season will have 9 episodes instead of 8.

Yes, the last episode on Netflix that I had seen was the very last one. And I had watched that a few months ago.
