New countertop oven

I just bought a new Oster toaster oven. It's really convenient for cooking small portions.

I made Italian pork sausages with pan fried potatoes to try it out.

It's a pretty simple recipe but a good lunch.

Just make sure you cook the sausage to an internal temperature of 150 degrees F.

I used ranch dressing for a change.

This one is digital and it makes cooking fun. Excuse the paper plates. I'm getting lazy.sausages1.jpg

Do you use a thermometer inside the toaster oven to gauge the temperature?
That's what I like about this new toaster oven. It has a digital readout. You can preset the temperature before you start cooking. But I just bought a new digital thermometer and I give it a final check. A lot of the features are automatic cooking. Like toast, and pizza. It also has a fan for convection cooking.
