Well, that 's better than here in the States. But "ask your doctor about X" is still advertising pharmaceuticals. On Canadian TV channels ads for prescription medications are prohibited. One that skirts the regulations says "ask your Doctor about this product, " but it doesn't show a picture of the product just the name of it.
I guess you will know this name...Daniel David Palmer ? JIM.Well, that 's better than here in the States. But "ask your doctor about X" is still advertising pharmaceuticals.
I'd like to see a total ban in the media. In the end it's probably not going to make a whole bunch of difference because physicians are petrified to recommend any treatment or drug that's not part of the Standard of Care (SOC), which is dictated by Big Pharma. The vast majority of docs in the U.S. are held captive by Big Pharma, and unfortunately that results in chronic disease and death.
Absolutely, Jim. D. D. Palmer was the founder of Chiropractic in 1895 in Davenport, Iowa.I guess you will know this name...Daniel David Palmer ? JIM.
I knew that you would know that fact, but did you know that he was a Canadian ? Yep. Born in the countryside about 50 miles north east of Toronto, in a place called Port Perry, on Lake Scugog. Another person that most Americans know as an early silent movies star was born in Toronto. Yes Mary Pickford was born here. JIMB.Absolutely, Jim. D. D. Palmer was the founder of Chiropractic in 1895 in Davenport, Iowa.
Not only that. Doctors are financially rewarded!Well, that 's better than here in the States. But "ask your doctor about X" is still advertising pharmaceuticals.
