new Geek Squad scam

Geek Squad scam has raised it's ugly head again. This time it's a fear inducing email that erroneous information has been added to your public record. (I suppose if a person clicked on the link they would tell you how to remove the errors if you would give them your social security number or money, etc. ) I just got this email this morning from:

From: Public Record ; <geeksquad@emailinfo.geeksquad.com>


I apologize if this has been posted before. I just learned of it.

They stop at nothing. If it seems suspicious, it is. Don't open it. Don't fall for it.

You have to admit that if you've never encountered a scam before, you're BS antenna might be confused by all the numbers and authentic "look" of the email.
And I'm not worried about my mugshot being online Hell it's on all of the wanted posters.
