My wife and I have been living in Indy for around 30 years and we are moving toward retirement, but we still have some family responsibilities that are keeping us here in Indiana for now. We hope to relocate in the future to a warmer part of the country, possibly northern Florida, but nothing is confirmed. We have a number of challenges facing us financially that we need to navigate but are hopeful that advice from some of the knowledgeable members this forum will help us with some of the questions we may have.
