compared to this force, they are just incompetent., still not
good though.

New Orleans politics and by extension city services have long been synonymous with corruption. I live several hours away and enjoy visiting, but when I go to the French Quarter and plan to be out at night, I book a room in the tourist heavy part of the Quarter and do not venture out of that area after dark. I don't want to encounter NOLA's many criminals ...with or without badges.
