New Television Shows

Just my opinion but this has to be one of the best new shows this season. Such a cast of diverse characters and a great story line will keep me coming back.

The scene last week with the woman reporting her neighbor was a real belly laugh.

Any other new shows worth watching, with all the hype about Picard, expectations shattered, hope it gets better.

Whoa! If we're talking about the show with Rob Lowe playing a fire department guy in Austin..... Yikes! I thought the acting was terrible, the lines, laughable. I'll give it a few more episodes, and then tune back in. If it's not any better, that'll be the last time I watch it.

Never heard of it either but I'm the guy who "cut the cable" over 16 years ago so I miss all those new shows, the football & hockey games & millions of hours of massive advertising. Many years ago, I bought a little ROKU thing & it downloads some great shows for me. No advertising, low monthly fee & subtitles. That's plenty for me as I have a life beyond TV, computers & what ever else comes around. Right now I am staying away any newspaper article that has politics in it. I like my news on the internet because I read the title & move on. TV forces you to sit through boring political news, boring sports news & anything else that doesn't "tickel my fancy".

Dracula on Netflix. It is a 3-parter, I saw the first last nite. Loosely follows Stoker. Incredibly scary, the hour & half went by so fast. Good cast, great atmosphere. Highly recommend! Glad I left a small light on. My screeching & terror induced tension bothered my cat. She fears nothing.😾
