New Year Eve movies

I'm just wondering if anyone has a favorite movie with a New Year theme ? The only two movies that pop in my mind are The Poseidon Adventure and When Harry Met Sally. Yes, I can just Google it but curious if anyone here has a favorite.

Just saw this thread, and *had* to Google, because I couldn't think of any, period. From the list I found I'd have to pick Penny Serenade (1941) Cary Grant and Irene Dunne. A real tear-jerker melodrama. (I always liked Edgar Buchanan.) How bad is that!?!
