Hi Everyone. Name is John (TheBrainHealthGuy) and I’m from Burlington, Ontario, Canada, just west of Toronto. I dove into the subject of brain health after my wife and I took in and cared for my mother and her brother for a number of years. Both succumbed to Alzheimer’s and the last few years were very hard on everyone concerned. I promised myself that I would never end up like that and thus started researching the whys and wherefores of brain health and can hopefully impart some of this knowledge to you. Look forward to chatting with everyone.

My parents were Canadians and I have relatives all across your beatify Country. I just recently had another cousin contact me out of the blue. She said she found my address in her mom's stuff and wondered what was up. It was great hearing her Mid Ontario accent.
