News Years Eve or NYE now A Media Entertainment Disaster?

Was watching some of the coverage on New Years Eve and I saw a "PROfessional" singer Beyonce lip sync and screw up. And still blaming others days later. Actually lots of lip syncing out there. I think just about everyone was drunk on CNN. Don Lemon got drunk, wanted to get a tattoo and got his ear pierced on TV. Multiple other anchors on CNN were drunk, high, lit up etc One even got a creepy stalkish marriage proposal. The Lemon crew in New Orleans were singing. Jenny MCcarthy I think it was had a 1980s punk rock flash back.

New Years Eve simply lacked professionalism by so called "PROfessionals"
 

I didn't watch it WhatInThe, since Dick Clark became very sickly and was no longer there, I lost interest, also in the new performers they have now. I don't blame Beyoncé for lip syncing, they all do that these days, but it seems she threw a hissy fit about it and didn't act very graceful about the audio mishap. She might have just laughed it off since it was a new year's celebration and made the best of it. These "divas" all seem to be self-absorbed and spoiled, the money and fame goes straight to their heads, many of them anyway.

I normally don't watch either but with other people in the room it was check this channel, see what's going here and caught all that while channel surfing. I couldn't believe what I was seeing live especially the drunk anchors or hosts. I remember Millie Vanillie I think it was but the younger generation doesn't realize the extent of lip syncing. I think even shows like The Voice I've seen some lip syncing by guests especially.
 

I *would* watch CNN. It has the best coverage, but I really cannot stand Kathy Griffin. She never stops talking and trying to be funny. But someone must like her, so it must be just me, because she's been on for years now. :confused:
