Sanderson vs. Paltrow

Ski accident..stating 'he vs.she'..

'Who' ran into 'who'.🤔...etc..etc..etc
 

The Complaint has 2 Causes of Action:
1. Negligence
2. Negligent infliction of emotional distress.

The suit seeks at least $300,000.00 in damages.

yep I'm watching him... that motion in the picture is when his 14 year old daughter was testifying on the stand and he was basically telling her to zip it...

it's also being said that Vallow may not stand trial due to being deemed mentally unfit. There's a back and forth argument which says she was not mentally unfit at the time of her children's murders...but in any case if she does stand trial, she's bound to deny all charges and blame it on her dead brother and Daybell..

She was deemed incompetent a year ago. Now they say she's competent. But yeah, at the last moment they'll say she's crazy again. I think she is, myself.

I agree she'll blame it all on Daybell and her brother.

I think she's as mad as a bx of frogs.. but that didn't stop her being able to manipulate several people along the way, and to allow her children to be killed and refusing to say where their bodies were... I feel she'll eventually be locked up for the rest of her life in a Mental facility of some type...

Does the state where the trial is to take place have the Death penalty ..for Daybell ?.. Are they going to charge him with the death of his first wife as well ?

Yes, Idaho is a death penalty state.

Chad Daybell and Lori Vallow Daybell were charged with first-degree murder for the deaths of JJ and Tylee.

Lori Vallow Daybell was also charged with conspiring to murder Charles Vallow.

Daybell was also charged with murdering his first wife, Tammy Daybell. Prosecutors will seek the death penalty.

Here's what I can't find; the cause and manner of the death of Daybell's wife Tammy. First, she died in her sleep, having been previously "ill." No Autopsy, deemed natural causes What??? A youngish woman.

Later, Tammy's body was exhumed and Daybell was charged with her murder, but I never did find out how she was murdered.
 
Yes I remember about the 'natural causes'' on the first wife.. how did that happen ..has that been established as to how they came to that conclusion?

yes no doubt that Vallow had her brother kill her husband Charles.. I've seen the video where Charles called the police on her.. I've also watched the video where she arrived home with her daughter when the police were at the house and acted all innocent as to anything to do with the crime..even flirting with the police

That was at first. But later the body was exhumed and Daybell was charged with her murder. So they found something, but I never found out what. A bullet in the skull, what? I dunno.
 
No, sorry..what I meant was has anyone investigated how the death was claimed to be of Natural causes in the first place ?.. who said it.. who wrote that on a death certificate, was that person complicit... ?

Oh I see, no names mentioned just "the authorities" as far as I know. A Cardiac event. I just found that those "authorities told the Daybell Children the autopsy pointed to asphyxiation, but they never saw a report.
