Only one member of the band who were performing has survived. Seems it wasn’t a proper venue with adequate safety, only one exit & other problems. Fifteen people have been detained.

That image of the burned building maybe 100 feet by 50 feet means with 500 people crowded inside, they were packed densely likely all standing in front of a small stage. All mostly young people about 20 years old. Reminders from the 2016 Ghost Ship fire in Oakland where similar unregulated events occurred, part of the unregulated free form rave culture of that day.
