What a bunch of sick people in China.
Lots of people eat dogs, cats, spiders, monkeys, we had this discussion before. The people who revere cows are shocked that we kill and eat cows. As far as I know, the French still eat horses. We also eat pork, and pigs are intelligent.

@fuzzybuddy is correct. It depends on your culture, it’s all meat and if you were starving you would eat dog. After all, when some stranded people were starving in this country; some of those people ate other people. You never know what you will do, until you do it or you do not do it.

While i think this project is nice........ it seems like a very expensive option to transport these dogs.....
In my area they often do adoption things taking dogs from other states if their shelter are NOT the no kill type....
but the shelters around HERE are often overflowing with often the same breeds etc as they all chipped in to fly here.

Is adopting in some grand gesture way like this just more self promotion rather then about the dogs....
saving 29 dogs seems like a very small win. Consider the size of China and how many do not make it past this festival.

I think they hope all the China haters will donate, so it’s a political gig. IMO.
