Well they aren't showing as much as is usually seen on the beach -- it's just out of the usual place and cold.

They remind me of the polar bear clubs that go swimming in freezing waters.

there's a time and place tho'... no-one wants to see someone half dressed in a train station... ...or the middle of a road or on a bus...
