Non Pharmacologic Interventions for Anxiety/Depression

Honestly, I don't have much to say here other than I saw this graphic and thought it was pretty good in laying out some info about different ways you can try to relieve stress.

So here it is:

For depression a therapist told me that sudden, deep anger expressed towards the cause of your anger will rid you of your depression. Depression is anger repressed. And, when you totally blow up you release that anger. It works. Years later after receiving this insight I did have an encounter with my father where I finally and infatically expressed my anger towards his often insensitive behavior. And, to my surprise my depression that I had suffered under for almost five years ceased all together. You can't get more homeopathic than that.
