I used to binge-watch Norm's performances on YouTube late at night before bed. What better way to end the day than with the hilarity that Norm brought to the screen. He was a one-of-a-kind... truly original, or at least he seemed like it. Nobody else did what Norm did. And it wasn't even so much his material but his delivery. Like in the video above where he integrated Russian literature into the joke and stretched it out until it was almost excruciating to watch, but you couldn't look away because you had to find out what happens. And then the punchline comes and it's so ridiculous, you can't help but burst out laughing. And then ten minutes later, you think about it and laugh again.
