I'd love to see a TV show/movie with a car like that, it bugs me when the drivers are looking at their passenger instead of at the road, I can't appreciate the intention of the show because I'm anxiously thinking 'look at the road!'.
Regarding cars that test for alcohol, I am not sure I understood what I read, but when I went to Europe I took a boat from Dover to Calais and the paperwork said that if a person was bringing their car they had to have an alcohol test thing installed to meet French requirements or they would not be allowed to drive in France.
