After FDA says it can release COVID-19 vaccine data by 2097, federal judge orders all info to be shared this year.

Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency launched a Freedom of Information Act suit against the FDA in August. The international group consists of "public health professionals, medical professionals, scientists, and journalists," including academics and medical experts from Yale, Harvard Medical School, and UCLA.

This is great news.

I hope this one is fought all the way to the Supreme Court or the International Court. Both, if necessary.
so you believe the FDA should keep data from the public for 75 years?
they WORK for us not the other way around ... transparency is the beginning.

I frankly think it is a shame regardless of position that every thing ends up clogging up the courts

Obviously you misunderstand my response.

I am sorry if i misunderstood ... i wish it was not like this that people have to go to court to get the transparency we are owed.

I also hate to see others who wait years to get their cases about other things heard having to wait longer.
Why is the need to slow walk it.... the minute they did that i felt they are hiding bad information

I think we should hold these bureaucrats forced to take court cost out of their budgets then the issue to reach agreement is more important to them.

It is being fought. The FOI group is pointing out that if the FDA board was able to read through these tons of documents and approved the vaccine within 190 days, or whatever it was, then why does the whole population need 75 years at 500 documents a month to read them?

Good point, imo.
