We got replacement windows years ago through Window World . 5 years later , a few of them lost their "seal" . We called and they said it was no problem , no hoops to jump through , they came 2 weeks later & they were happy to replace them ! In the meantime , we decided we needed a patio door and 2 more windows. The guy came, looked at our patio door , and when he looked at the windows , he told us how to fix them so they would be as good as new & saved us $600 !

I think that is so cool ..... that little bit of service is making us a life long customer ! Anyone have similar stories ?
 

Similar thing with Window World. After at least 10 years two of my thermal pane windows turned cloudy inside. They had a serial number on every window. All I had to do was tell them the number and they replaced them, no charge.

Now when it comes to the original installation I wasn't real happy. It seemed they brought in a bunch of kids that didn't have much experience. Some of them were not put it quite square and are difficult to open. But I never open them except to clean them, and that happens so seldom, it doesn't really matter. Ha!
