NYC 'preppy' killer Robert Chambers paroled until 2028. In 1986 he killed a female student in Central Park in a case that was in the headlines for weeks. He said it was rough sex after denying killing her although he took 3 minutes to smother her. He served a involuntary manslaughter sentence released in 2003. Arrested again for drug dealing in 2008. . Was a known liar, party boy and ladies man in socialite circles
