I said earlier I was going to going to go take a nap. The temps here are in the high 60's so I took the dogs out in the yard. Started on the big chow with trim down. Did that until the battery ran out on the trimmer. He sure looks funny, like the bear from the movie "Great OutDoors" bald butt and hairy front. Came in to recharge.
_=Put dog #2, terrier mix in the kitchen sink. I had purchased a gallon of dog shampoo from Amazon awhile back. Bio Groom Hypoallergenic. He got good scrub down. trim what I could in problem areas "you know what I mean". Most of all, the face, they get such a dirty beard and eye buggers. I have always had trouble around his eyes. This stuff was perfect, let me wash and wash with a cloth. He has gray green eyes I have not been able to see in years. He still needs a trim up with the shears but looks so pretty and did not fuss at all!!
@3 the chiweenie is sitting to my right in her blankie thinking she is safe. Oh no! she will soon be in the sink for a good wash. It is no trouble because she is short haired. The hard work is trimming her nails. Here we thought all girls loved a pedicure. She does not, I am trying to find the dish I use to rub peanut butter into while I do it. The peanut butter is so distracting she hardly has time to bite me. LOL
The finished trimming of the boys will have to wait until tomorrow. I am worn out wrestling dogs. Now, I need another good shower. but I think I will stay with the Dove instead of trying the dog shampoo LOL.
