Old stuff on your porch?

@Gaer, love your porch. What direction does it face? Ideal for enjoying sunrise or sunset.
Thanks. Usually I have flowers out there. I can watch the Sun come up or set in the evening. It's a wraparound porch
and I have hills or mountains on three sides.
You know what? After my husband died, I saw no reason to go out there because it just made me sad. But, with your
comments and Remy's comments, I'm going to start cherishing what I have and enjoying every moment. Thanks!

Small porch, no stuff, unless you count the mail which I don't bring in everyday. I have all the bills set up on autopay, so I don't get it in everyday, The amount of junk mail I get just aggravates me. I still have to go thru to make sure of what it is. Hard copies of bills are marked paid and filed. I do go thru the grocery circulars and coupons. Then there is the ten pounds of trash, I must deal with. Quit sending it, I did not ask for it, you are just wasting money. I will call who I want, when I want to buy or start a service! Has anyone used junk mail to buy something or do something?
Yes! I count on junk mail to line the bottom of my birds' flight cage! It goes straight from the mailbox to the storage box!

This is mine. The red door is the next door neighbor's. I am standing in my own doorway.

hmm... what's with the missing photos? Seems to be a trend - and I'll follow it! (-;

My front porch is a small raised brick circle with two slabs cut off, just to get to the elevation of the front door. It has ornamental railings around, adorned with a stained glass wind chime. Other than that, there is the base of an antique metal stool that the wood top rotted off of, so I took an antique metal cookie sheet and inverted it for a top. Some of the nicer delivery people set packages on it - and it's a handy spot to rest my purse as I fumble with keys.
