By not taking lithium my hands don’t shake as bad and I can tolerate hot weather better. The bad news, there is no bad news

I looked up lithium and to be truthful, my first thought is, will you be okay without it?

Yeah I'm ok, the lithium was replaced by Vraylar used to treat types of bipolar, major depressive and schizophrenia. So far, no problems

Glad to hear that you've found replacements then for the lithium. The descriptions I read made it seem that it was the kind of thing that might cause problems if someone just stopped (all treatment). Years ago I was put on Paxil and when I decided I couldn't handle the dry mouth problem of it, I was advised to cut back to off, very slowly because of side effects from just quitting cold turkey. But glad to hear you're feeling good with your change.
